JOB SUMMARY: The Receivables Administrator is primarily responsible for performing all cash receipt and billing related transactions for all Welltower. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process, reconcile and deposit all cash receipts daily. Develop, implement and follow tenant billing procedures, controls and checklists. Help assist in cleaning up A/R offsets, tenant ledgers and refunding any money as necessary. Create and issue rent statements and invoices. Prepare and issue ongoing correspondence including, but not limited to, rent increase letters and delinquency reports. Assist in the seamless accounting transitions of properties during acquisitions and dispositions. Assisting team with providing information related to internal and external audits. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience : Experience in reading and interpreting real estate leases/contracts is preferred. Knowledge of accounting theory is preferred. Education : College degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or a minimum of three (3) years accounts receivable experience.Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
