Job Description:

ABOUT THE POSITION This position is for a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER--- with at least 3 years of experience who will work in the "back of the house" as an--Executive Assistant and Project Manager. We are looking for someone with significant exposure to Legal, Tax, Investment and Insurance Strategies in the wealth management industry.-- The primary responsibilities will include: -- Act as gatekeeper; handle/direct incoming phone calls and taking messages Managing an extensive amount of internal, external and client email communication, routing, filtering and responding as necessary. Preparing internal and external client memors/briefs and taking detailed notes during meetings and/or transcribing notes from meetings. Project Management - namely, involvement and oversight of software development.-- Overisght of financial planning process for UHNW clients and ensuring the implementation of their plan and recommendations with internal and external stakeholders.-- Manage communication with legal and tax advisors areound very complex topics.-- Schedule/maintain calendar of appointments/meetings Making outbound phone calls to prospective clients, industry relationships and other centers of influence to arrange for calls and meetings. Make air/ground travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and prep itineraries Coordinate internal client meetings: add guests to the visitor log and greet them upon arrival, order refreshments/food (as needed); make sure conference room is presentable before/after meeting Handle confidential information; apply extreme confidentiality/sensitivity in the dissemination of information Provide administrative support (filing/copying/scanning/typing/mailing/couriering correspondence); assist with mass mailings. Manage firm marketing relationships and collateral approval process. Build firm's social media presence - primarily using LinkedIn. Ghost write as necessary on behalf of the founder around complex financial, investment, legal and tax topics. Manage QuickBooks for CEO's business entities Oversee various personal affairs for owner of the firm on an as needed basis. You must have the ability to "self start", research and solve problems on your own - quickly, utilize critical thinking skills, work within a team, and anticipate firm needs and client questions. Qualified candidates will be self motivated, detail oriented, structured, extremely organized and have a high degree of follow through. The right candidate must be a solid writer, advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint, Quickbooks and CRM applications. HOURS This is a salaried, Exempt Position. You will be issued a company laptop, cell phone and all relevant and necessary technology to perform your job remotely. You must be willing to travel wherever necessary, whenever necessary as business needs dictate.-- REQUIRED EDUCATION AND LICENSES *Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Communication. *At least 5 years prior experience within the Finance Industry, ideally 3 as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ---. *CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER --- designation *Series 65/66 license and Florida 2-15 license.-- BENEFITS *Strong Annual Salary, based on experience. *Opportunity for Significant Annual Bonuses based on Individual and Company Performance. *After 3 Months of Employment, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance. *After 12 Months of Employment, Eligibility for 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with the ability to earn a match of 25% your salary per year based on company performance. *Company Provided Laptop and Cell Phone
