Since then, we have grown into an established and well-regarded independent, fee-only wealth management firm. While our assets under management (AUM) have grown to over $150 million, the financial planning process continues to be at the heart of what we do. We are fiduciary advisors who put the needs of our clients first. We are currently seeking a financial planning associate to support client relationships and perform a variety of responsibilities including: developing and drafting comprehensive financial plans, conducting detailed financial analysis in support of client goals and objectives, solving client problems as they arise, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or more
  • CFP designation or demonstrated progress toward certification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services field
  • The ability to clearly communicate
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word. Experience with financial planning software a plus
  • The ability to be detail oriented while also seeing the big picture
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the financial planning process, risk management, retirement planning, tax planning, and investments
  • A passion for excellent customer service
