Job Description Administrative Assistant (Jupiter FL) Job
Description Established casino travel agency in Jupiter is seeking
a full-time Administrative Assistant/travel sales associate to join
our team of associates. Candidate should have good communication
and computer skills, be detail-oriented and responsible.
RESPONSIBILITIES -- Answer phones and make follow up calls to
travel customers -- Perform general office functions including
making phone calls, sending e-mails, filing, copying, scanning etc.
-- Book travel for customers -- Data entry -- Work with supplier
invoices and commission checks QUALIFICATIONS -- Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook -- Good organizational and
communication skills -- Professional attitude in customer service
and the workplace -- Minimum of 1 year---s work experience. Hours
are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one hour lunch
break and occasional Saturdays in place of a weekday. To be

Annual salary is $35,000 plus commissions on certain bookings and
