Job Description Job Description Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation manufacturer for a Contracts Coordinator. As the Contracts Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the department with customer requests, invoicing and obtaining purchase orders. The role will be equal parts invoicing, reconciliation, reporting and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relative experience with invoicing and reconciliation. Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end invoicing process for training contracts, including recording purchase orders in SAP and coordinating with Order Services. Collaborate with global teams to identify incoming payments and clear specific customer invoices. Track training completion status and generate monthly contractual reports across multiple program locations. Proactively secure Purchase Orders (POs) and RDAF documentation from customers to ensure seamless order processing. Qualifications/Background Profile : Minimum 2 years’ experience in invoicing and account reconciliations Experience working directly with customers Proficient in Excel, Google Docs and Sheets. SAP experience is preferred. This job is Hybrid Remote.
