to ensure preserve and protect their brand legacy while ensuring their success.--Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:The UVC Marketing Coordinator reports directly to UVC's Head of Marketing and supports our hospital teams by creating, developing and executing marketing campaigns working with the UVC marketing organization and our agency partners.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing and--traditional marketing strategies and tactics, the ability to multitask & meet deadlines, a love for analytics/data, highly collaborative with the ability to work with multiple internal & external teams and extreme--organization.--Job responsibilities include:--Campaign Development, Management and MeasurementPartners with UVC hospitals by developing and implementing online and offline marketing and advertising campaigns that deliver measurable resultsDevelops, executes, measures and collaborates on multimodal marketing campaigns utilizing PPC, Display, Remarketing, Content Marketing, Directories, Geofencing, Social Media, SEO, Email, Direct Mail, Local Distribution, Partnerships, Call Center, In-hospital and other available channelsPrepares cost estimates, obtains budget approval and ensures that all costs are captured and properly allocated to hospitalsPrepares monthly/quarterly/annual editorial calendars and builds organic and paid campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and implements social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.Collaborates with creative teams to create visual content and copy--and curates content to be used across multiple platforms (websites, social media channels, blog pages & e-mail blastsEstablishes and adjusts audiences based on client demographics, desired reach and program performanceTests campaign performance using methods such as A/B, Multivariate, Geo-target and other methods to optimize program effectivenessTracks, measures, analyzes campaign success utilizing Google Analytics, call tracking, PIMS reporting, PowerBI dashboards and matchback processesAnalyzes, prepares and delivers reports and presentations directly to Marketing Directors, Head of Marketing and/or Chief Strategy Officer and other key stakeholders--Hospital & Field SupportConducts marketing onboarding for new hospitals, trainingCaptures credentials for domain registrar, hosting, CMS, Google Analytics, email, directories, social media and other marketing accounts during the 100-day integration processWorks with area operations directors and local hospital teams on existing marketing programs--and new marketing requestsMonitors and spot-checks hospital social media account inbound traffic (posts, check-ins, reviews) for all hospitals, assists hospital online CSR team, and conducts 1-on-1 digital social media training (e.g. engaging reviewers and posts, posting local organic posts and events, etc.) with hospital teams as neededSupports hospitals in creation and delivery of marketing materials and hospital collateral by coordinating requirements with agency and production partners, generating cost estimates, obtaining approvals, placing orders, and verifying receipt.Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.--Continual Improvement and OwnershipConsistently delivers fresh ideas and recommends new technologies as neededOptimizes budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results against plans and forecasts, measuring performance vs. industry benchmarks, set KPIs and ROI objectivesUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.Performs competitive analysis and tracks industry best practicesAccomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments--Marketing Coordinator Qualifications / Skills:--Ideally, the candidate will demonstrate the following skills:--Demonstrates initiative, attention to details and continuous marketing channels.--Understands market segmentation, market research, SEO, keywords, social signals, engagement, direct marketing campaigns, e-mail marketing and paid advertisingAbility to meet deadlines, collaborate and lead internal and external teams--Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesSolid project management, financial and communication / presentation skills--Excellent campaign planning, management and results reporting----Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations and/or Advertising1 year + proven work experience in digital marketing, particularly within the pet and/or multi-unit healthcare and/or retail spaceDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsIntermediate / functional proficiency in setting up and optimizing programs on major search engines (e.g. Google, Bing), social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,--Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok), directories (e.g. GMB, Facebook, Yelp, Yext), ad serving tools (e.g. Appnexus, Google Ad Manager, FB Audience Network, Admob, Oath) and website and marketing analytics toolsBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsExperience and internships in a marketing department for
