The JobVenue Marketing Group is seeking an experienced and results driven Director of Digital Marketing. The candidate must have a proven history of managing a team and developing successful digital marketing strategies. In this position, you will drive the social media strategy for our clients - both organic and paid activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for formulating strategies that enhance our clients' exposure on the web. You will also be responsible for using multiple data sources to generate client-facing reporting that measures ROI and KPIs.The Essentials

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies, or a related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Build, plan, and implement overall digital marketing strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets
• Coach and guide the company's social media managers
• Strategic oversight of all social content published across our clients' channels
• Management of social media boosting activities
• Measure and manage online content
• Use Google Analytics data to make complex data analysis
• Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement
• Proactive and organized with good time-management skills
• Ability to develop innovative ways to market our clients' events and services
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once
• Innovative and analytical problem solverRequired Skills -
  • Proficiency as a Meta Business Manager Administrator
  • Advanced Manager of Facebook Ads
  • Highly Competent with Sprout Social Media Management Software and/or Metricool
  • Experience creating and modifying Google Data Studio dashboards
  • Google Ads/Analytics Certified
  • Cision Communication Cloud
  • Advanced User Microsoft Excel -Other
    • Must ALREADY be located near the Jupiter area
