*DIRECTOR MARKETING & DIGITAL STRATEGY**About ElectroSea*ElectroSea is a high growth, entrepreneurial organization that has reinvented seawater systems for recreational yachts. Our breakthrough products have changed the marine industry by providing customers with a "better way" to protect and monitor their seawater cooling equipment.We are seeking a *Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy* who will direct all marketing and communication efforts for the Company. This role will develop and execute integrated marketing programs to support sales with a specific focus on digital marketing and lead generation through SEO, social media, website strategy and testing, brand storytelling, email marketing, re-targeting, and local marketing. *This executive leadership position reports directly to the President, *and will collaborate with the National Sales Director, Technical Services Manager and Chief Financial Officer. If you are energized by the impact you can make at ElectroSea, then we'd love to hear from you!*Responsibilities: ** Responsible for all marketing, advertising and communications* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy and programs to support sales with a specific focus on digital marketing and lead generation* Develop and implement data driven strategic marketing initiatives through SEO/SEM, social media, website, email, brand storytelling, display advertising, local marketing, and online reputation management* Devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate to generate qualified leads* Measure, analyze and report performance of all marketing campaigns* Develop print and digital marketing materials either directly and/or through domain experts in creative, graphic design, copywriting, technical writing, photography, etc. (i.e. ads, brochures, manuals, and videos)* Script and coordinate video production of consumer testimonials, animations, and how-to segments* Participate in new product definition, feature and value proposition analysis* Coordinate trade shows, events, and other key marketing activities*Minimum Qualifications: ** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Computer Science, or related field* 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Website Management, or Marketing Communications*Experience: ** 5+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically direct to consumer digital marketing, website strategy, social media and brand storytelling* Data driven, digital-first mindset, with extensive experience setting-up and managing SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for lead generation* Website strategy, including conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, landing pages, and consumer journeys.* SEO optimizing organic search listings (proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics or similar)* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (graphic design software), WordPress, Elementor, MS Office* Familiar with PipeDrive, FreshDesk or other CRM applications* Marine or related industry experience preferred*Key Skills/Competencies: ** Ability to interpret data and develop sales driving business strategies* Embraces iterative approach to make informed business decisions* Self-motivated and customer-focused* Positive attitude with a passion for learning* Holds self accountable for results and not just tasks* Not afraid to make mistakes, take ownership, and resolve issues* Must be detail oriented and well organized in a fast-paced environment* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills* Willingness to go the extra mile*Job Type: *Full-time/Salary*Compensation and Benefits: ** Excellent?compensation & benefits?* Salary based on experience* Health insurance* Paid time off*This Company Describes Its Culture as: ** Amazing team?of colleagues?and leaders?* Results oriented with strong performance culture* Detail oriented with quality and precision focus* Fast paced with ability to make and execute decisions in small team environment*Compensation: *$75,000 - $125,000 annually based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: Hybrid remote in Jupiter, FL 33477
