You will be responsible for prepping and painting interior and exterior surfaces, without direct supervision, for a clientele expecting excellence with a smile! ABSOLUTE MUST You have a personal vehicle, a driver's license, a smartphone, and e-mail. Painter positions available in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties Responsibilities Make on-site preparations such as taping, sanding, building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc. Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Following direction from crew leader for project quality and efficiency Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions Skills Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc. Conscientious with great attention to detail Able to lift heavy objects; work a long day on your feet Team player; get along well with others Able to follow directions and learn from more experienced painters Excellent brush and rolling of interior & exterior walls and trim Willingness to learn the use of spray machines
