The function of the Senior Manager, Cash Management Transformation is to provide advanced operational support and analysis for our end-to-end retail cash management solution during the Pilot/Proof of Concept stages. This position will provide consultation and expert advice to store level and G4S Retail Solutions management on Proof of Concept project business performance and processes execution. Further responsibilities include formulating, interpreting, and implementing project operating practices. The Senior Manager, Cash Management Transformation will create standard operating procedures for the management of cash inventory for our retail customers to include device functionality, CIT processes, store balancing system operations, and reconciliation cash inventory, change orders and deposits with the Banks G4S is a security provider for the United States government, fortune 500 companies, nuclear power plants, oil and gas companies, airport, ports, banks, hospitals, factories, warehouses, commercial facilities, residential communities and much more.           • Plan, organize, and manage all elements of potential new customer evaluation and implementation of Proof of Concept testing our end-to-end retail cash management solution; store assessments, assessment outcomes, project management for Go Live, in market Go Live support and monitoring, Proof of Concept performance and trend analytics
          • Ensure that operational proficiency and efficiency is achieved for Retail Solutions products, especially with regard to functions which impact the front-end operations for the customer and the Retail Solutions Cash Reconciliation team
          • Identify trends and find solutions to processes and tools that impact performance of the Retail Solutions products
          • Serve as a primary point of contact with new and existing Proof of Concept stage customers, especially those involving coordination with other functional areas within the G4S Retail Solutions team
          • Train newer cash management transformation and other team members on Retail Solutions products in the proof of concept environment
          • Develop and maintain relationships with other G4S Retail Solutions associates, vendors, and customers
          • Assist on various other projects (reconciliation, carrier management, automation, etc.) as needed or requested
          • Support the tasks of cash reconciliation, change orders, inventory forecasting, bank exception clearing, and other routine tasks of the G4S automated solutions as may be needed or requested during the Proof of Concept phase The Ideal Candidate: Education, Licenses and Certifications Required
            • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
              • Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of experience in retail front-end operations or in a supervisory capacity in this field
              • Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail back office operations or in a supervisory capacity in this field
              • Work history must include demonstration of each of the following:
                • Mathematical, financial, accounting, and asset protection aptitudes
                • Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot problems, and resolve discrepancies
                • Ability to lead and manage large scale cross functional retail store initiatives
                • Ability to facilitate new processes and procedures using hands on training and paper or digital based learning materials
                • A history of innovative problem solving with capability to design, develop and deploy customer specific solutions that support our end-to-end retail cash management solution
                • Ability to articulate a case for change and build support within all key stakeholder groups
                • Ability to communicate effectively with various employee levels, from entry-level to senior management, and also with partner vendors and customers Skills Required
                  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications
                  • Effective oral and written communication skills
                  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
                  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately Other
                    • Must be at least 18--years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
                    • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
                    • Must possess ability to analyze data, identify trends, and find solutions to processes and tools
                    • Must possess advanced understanding of the operational functioning of the Retail Solutions products
                    • Must have strong oral, written and analytical skills
                    • Must have advanced reconciliation skills and understanding of the factors which cause deposit and change order discrepancies
                    • Must have strong awareness of retail front end operational functions and ability to troubleshoot problems
                    • Must have ability to train others and impart knowledge to newer/less experienced retail leaders in store and market
                    • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
                    • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
