Job Description:

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 30+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex in Palm Beach Gardens, FL for a Lab Customer Account Manager .
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Proactively manage customer relationships with multiple accounts with a clear focus on creating a top-notch customer experience.
Cross-sell and upsell company products by either inbound or outbound telephone calls to existing customers.
Build a reputation of our services and products through presentations, price quotes and excellent customer service.
Proactively facilitate a marketing plan tailored to the laboratory and customer needs, including promotions, messaging, and live interactions (such as CE Events and Study Clubs).
Develop and execute an account plan for the lab's largest customers to grow the relationship and create new opportunities for National Dentex
Build, maintain and manage account relationships through interaction and advocacy.
Utilize Salesforce to track and update customer data.
Profile and analyze accounts to address potential risks/ issues and opportunities per account.
Update management on customer retention and utilization of products through data and metrics.
Handle escalations and negotiate with the customers, as required.
Understand the customer environment and align conduct and activities to promote National Dentex business interests.
May conduct on-site visits to customers.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Background and acumen to understand customer's business, strategy and to keep up with industry trends and technology.
Record of accomplishment managing and growing accounts.
People-person with an innate ability to develop relationships at all levels of the customer and maintain them on a longer term.
Ability to perform the role of a "trusted" advisor.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Understanding of dental industry, Dental offices, and National Dentex is highly preferred.
Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to identify opportunities for revenue generation.
Understanding of sales and marketing processes is highly preferred.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong professional, ethical and personal integrity.
Computer skills with all MS Office products is required.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: BA/BS degree, or a minimum of four years of equivalent work experience.
Required: Minimum of one-year telephonic or field sales experience.
Preferred: Experience in a Customer Service or Inside Sales position.

Develop new business to business sales and relationships
