Job Description:

The Project Manager--will manage and supervise on-site coordination of all phases of construction on High End--Custom--Homes.Responsibilities:

• Management of daily operations of construction projects
• Follow and implement safety procedures
• Coordinate with all professionals involved and more
• Manage subcontractors and organization of the project
• Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met
• Assign tasks accordingly
• Framing and Architectural walks
• Communicate progress with clients and project managers
• Understanding of Local and State Building CodesUnderstanding of Local and State Stormwater Management Practices
• Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditionsQualifications and Requirements:
  • Updated Resume/ Project List
  • 10 years of Construction experience
  • 4 years of Management experience in High End--Custom Homes
  • Projects ranging from $3 million to $30 million
  • Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and scheduling softwareCompensation Package:
