Job Description
Deposita(TM), an Allied Universal - Company, is hiring a Business
Development Director. The Business Development Director, Retail
Solutions Sales is responsible for developing and qualifying
prospective customers and selling our CASH360/Safe Connect Plus
into Retailers including Big Box, Warehouse, Home Improvement,
Supermarkets, Gaming and Hospitality industry segments. This
position is also responsible for performing and conducting
consultative sales and support services of the product to qualified
customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide expertise and support for local Business Development and
General Managers throughout Regions
Negotiate contracts and communicate contract requirements to field
offices personnel
Provide sales direction, management, development and coaching to
specific regions
Strategize and coordinate regional sales and prospecting
Develop marketing material and displays that appeal to a broad
spectrum of potential clients along with preparing and/or assist in
preparing proposals, quotes, pricing
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e. g., GED)
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience selling,
growing sales revenues, and leveraging executive level customer
relationships into retail, gaming, hospitality industry segments or
similar industries
Must have demonstrated experience as a cash management Subject
Matter Expert (SME) in a retail, gaming, hospitality industry
segments or similar
Must have work experience demonstrating:
Ability to deal with ambiguity, work independently, be a
self-starter and overcome obstacles
Results orientation and an unrelenting sense of urgency
Ability to understand a complex and multi-function consultative
sales cycle, from beginning to end
Ability to develop long-term relationships with prospective
customers, and to close sales
Must have sales experience in one of the following:
Selling or buying Treasury Solutions, Products or Services into the
retail market or similar
Selling marketing services, advertising, B2B services, or
technology into retail or similar
Selling smart safe, cash management or cash recycling services into
retail or similar
Selling or buying any technology product or service into the retail
segment or similar
Experience operating retail cash management processes or services
in the retail segment at the Division, Region, Group or Global
level or similar
