Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Director -
Communications Development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees a multifunctional team responsible for content strategy
supporting benefactor engagement and fundraising
Leads team functions to establish communications best practices and
embraces a multichannel approach for engagement
Provides leadership and mentorship to staff while managing complex
projects and driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in
communications, fundraising, or marketing, including 3 years in
leadership roles, OR
Master's degree in a related field and 8 years of experience in
communications, fundraising, or marketing, including 3 years in
leadership roles
