Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring
client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective

provider of financial services to high-net worth clients through
Wells Fargo Private Bank, and to the affluent segment through
partnerships between Wealth Brokerage Services and Consumer
Banking. In Wealth Management, clients are provided with a complete
range of solutions to help them manage, preservice and transfer
Abbot Downing serves families and individuals, as well as
endowments and foundations, to help preserve and grow assets while
building legacies across generations. We go beyond traditional
financial planning and asset management services to help clients
address the financial, social and personal dimensions of wealth.

Abbot Downing delivers wealth management solutions to
ultra-high-net-worth clients. Clients are supported by a personal
relationship manager who brings together a dedicated team of
specialists. This team delivers an integrated suite of services
designed to address the ultra-high net worth client--------s
complex financial needs.
Responsibilities of the position include the following:
--- Manage staff engaged in support and servicing of ultra-high net
--- Coordinate with Relationship Managers or Private Bankers to
ensure client satisfaction
--- Resolve escalated client issues and inquiries.
--- Reviews, tracks and monitors reports for action items.
--- Train staff on product enhancements and new products.
--- Ensure that service and productivity standards and goals are
--- Set and implementing service and productivity standards and
--- Manage special projects.
--- Create and implement sales and service programs and goals.
As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by
leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you
--- Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where
your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work
that energizes them.
--- Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing
and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and
feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and
managing risks, and completing daily management tasks..
--- 7+ years of client service experience
--- 3+ years of management experience
--- Affluent and high net worth client experience; across a broad
array of wealth management products and services
Other Desired Qualifications
--- Client service experience dealing with ultra-high net worth
--- Ability to resolve the most complex of service issues involving
--- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
--- Strong change management skills
--- Ability to grow a highly efficient team
--- Client service focused with the ability to balance needs of
clients, shareholders, and team members
--- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
--- In depth knowledge of Client link, SEI, Trust Gateway, FileNet,
TIMCO, CEO, Agent View, and Investment Navigator
--- Proficient with all MS office products
--- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) or Fiduciary/Trust
--- A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics,
accounting, finance, or other business related field
--- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
