Nurse Patient:2-year-old Location:Pembroke Pines, FL (33024)
*Bilingual (Spanish & Englishspeaking) nurses Available Shifts: -
Day Shift:MondayThursday, 7:00 AM 7:00PM We are seeking a skilled
and compassionate nurse with experience in pediatric G-tube care
andtracheostomy management. Ideal candidates will possess strong
clinical expertise and a commitment to providing high-quality,

Nurses (RN) - Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home
environment - Taking direction from clinical team and being
overseen by a registered nurse - Following the plan of care -
Following all clinical and office policies Requirements for
Registered Nurses (RN) - Valid Delaware RN License or Multistate
License - Physical within one year - PPD or TB Blood Test (QF) -
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online) - Valid driver's
license - G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train About

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - Medication administration per
physician orders - Physician ordered treatments for: - Nutrition
via a feeding tube - Tracheostomy care - Suctioningnasal, oral
and/or endotracheal - Ventilation care - Seizure assessment and
treatment Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) -
Current, active Florida LPN license - Current BLS CPR card
(obtained in-person, not online) - G-tube, trach, vent experience,
or willing to train - TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) -
Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no
cost if needed) - 1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of
