improvement. Manage clinical staff, providing training and

other healthcare professionals to integrate and coordinate
services. Use data-driven insights to improve clinical outcomes and
patient satisfaction. Lead initiatives for better healthcare
practices, focusing on the needs of senior patients. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
and accreditation standards Ability to manage budgets and allocate
resources efficiently Proficient in using healthcare IT systems
