be considered. Provide skilled nursing care in a fast-paced
stepdown unit with opportunities to float across multiple hospital
departments. The role requires dedication to patient care in a

Schedule/Hours: - Night shifts - 3x 12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15)
- Minimum of 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule period
Qualifications/Desired Experience: - Active Florida State or
compact nursing license required at submission - At least 1 year of
RN stepdown nursing experience preferred; first-time stepdown
nurses accepted - Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
required - EPIC electronic medical record experience required -
Ability to float to emergency department holding and across four
hospitals - Two recent professional references from supervisors or
nursing leadership required (within the past year) - Flu
vaccination required during flu season (medical/religious
exemptions apply) - Local candidates accepted at the same rate as
travelers Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional nursing care to
stepdown patients with acute and chronic conditions - Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes - Float
between multiple hospital units and locations as needed - Adhere to
clinical protocols and safety standards while documenting care
accurately within EPIC - Participate in weekend shifts and adapt to
flexible schedules including holiday and hurricane assignments
