This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing technicians with a strong background in patient care and handling, who thrive on building meaningful connections with clients and their pets. In this role, you will: Provide exceptional patient and client care by ensuring an efficient exam room workflow. Maintain accurate, detailed medical records. Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients, answering questions with empathy and clarity. Support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient care and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
