Job Details Position: Locum Tenens CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) Location: Jupiter, FL 33458 — anesthesia jobs in Florida, Jupiter FL healthcare Employment Type: Locum Tenens (contract CRNA / temporary CRNA) Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: March 16, 2026 Shifts per Week: 3 (12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Hours per Week: 36 (no more than 40 scheduled) Estimated Weekly Pay: $7,130–$7,520 Schedule Requirement: Must be able to work Monday and/or Friday each week Call/Weekends: No call, no weekends — strong work-life balance for CRNA jobs Practice Model: Mix of supervised and independent cases Charting/EMR: EPIC experience required/preferred Credentialing Timeline: Standard 120 days; 30–60 days for temps with a clean file and FL license Perks: Catered breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks provided on-site for anesthesia providers Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of CRNA clinical experience (must provide 24 months of case logs) NBCRNA board certification required Active Florida CRNA/APRN license highly preferred; will consider applicants applying for FL compact license with proof of application (Florida locum tenens CRNA) ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Active out-of-state driver’s license required at submission 100% clean file (no clinical or criminal issues, including pending cases) Fewer than 5 affiliations No more than 2 gaps in work history on CV; any gap > 30 days must be explained on CV Full-time open availability during assignment Out-of-state providers only (no providers who have worked at this site or affiliates in the past 24 months) Clinical call with site leadership required during onboarding Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse case mix: general surgery, orthopedics, GI, robotics, OB (C-sections required), radiology, endoscopy, ophthalmology, plastics, ENT, and neuro (no trauma) Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia; manage airways and hemodynamics Perform regional anesthesia and nerve blocks as needed Provide obstetric anesthesia coverage including C-sections; epidural skills helpful but not required (OB anesthesia experience preferred) Document all anesthesia care thoroughly in EPIC EMR Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams in both supervised and independent settings Experience Jupiter, FL — a vibrant coastal community with year-round sunshine, pristine beaches, marinas, golf, and abundant outdoor activities.
