Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient care Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs in the progressive care unit Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members Provide guidance and education to staff and patients Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality Monitor and ensure quality control and safety measures Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical skills specific to progressive care Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety and compliance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certification Certification in Progressive Care Nursing (PCCN) preferred
