Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Boca Raton, FL Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,120 to $1,320 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a real difference as a travel PTA in Boca Raton, FL. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness in an outpatient setting, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply and a recruiter will follow up with assignment details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required per client. Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred. Experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic modalities preferred. Ability to follow PT plan of care and document according to facility and payer requirements. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to and from assignment location as scheduled.
