The Opportunity As a Kitchen Supervisor at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, you will be a part of a fun and exciting environment. Helping to improve the fan experience by delivering world class customer service, while they cheer on and root for their home team heroes each game. It's much more than just a hot dog or peanuts, it's a child's first tray of nachos or a few beers between friends. It's a part of the entertainment that fans look for when they come to a game. You'll play a key role in helping fans create memories that they'll carry with them for a lifetime. We are looking for candidates, 18 years of age or older, willing to work an event driven schedule on a part-time basis. Games are primarily during the day with the exception of a few night games and all weekends for 4 straight weeks.

• Lead kitchen team providing guidance including but not limited to cooking and food preparation
• Working hands on with kitchen team to execute delivery to the guest
• Oversee the ordering, organization and maintenance of inventory
• Assist with the hiring and training of kitchen staff meeting Delaware North company standards
• Keep detail records minimizing waste and work with existing system to improve waste reduction within budgetary concerns
• Supervise all food preparation and presentation to ensure the highest quality standards
• Maintain kitchen organization, staff availability and training opportunities
• Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed by kitchen team
• Provide professional interactions with BOH, FOH, guests and client
• All other duties as assigned Physical Requirements
  • Requires standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, sitting, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stooping and the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Qualifications and Skills
    • Must possess a minimum of 2 years culinary experience
    • Knowledge of food prep and controls
    • Catering preparation and execution experience
    • F&B/Restaurant industry knowledge
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Knowledge of state and federal health regulations
    • Positive leadership and the ability to work under pressure
    • Self-motivated, creative problem solving skills
    • Experience with P/L and recipe specs
