Job DescriptionJonathan's Landing Golf Club is looking to hire a Part-Time Full-Time Pastry Cook. *SIGN ON BONUS: You will receive a $200.00 bonus incentive, which will be paid after 90 days of continuous employment.OVERVIEW: The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing specialty desserts, ice cream production and assembling and presenting desserts for a' la carte service and banquets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares desserts, puddings, gelatins, stewed and baked fruits, pies, cakes, pastries, icings, custard, fondants and various dessert fillings.
  • Ensures sanitation and food standards are achieved and operates equipment in safe and sanitary manner.
  • Assists in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays
  • Studies current and next day requirements of daily menus.
