For direct access to CEMEX Career Opportunities, visit us at .Job SummaryIndividuals hired as Talent Development Professionals (TDPs) will be placed in a 12-month intensive, hands-on developmental program that will build the foundation for a long successful career in CEMEX USA. During the program, TDPs will learn the operational aspects of the Ready-Mix Concrete business, Aggregates business, or Corporate functions in order to become a subject matter expert in their field. In addition, TDPs will participate in leadership development sessions in order to enhance management capabilities and participate in project-based learning in order to collaborate and network with others. -Job ResponsibilitiesThis will be a rotational program with assignments at different sites within CEMEX USA and will include various hands-on training projects, simulations, and other experiential learning opportunities.
