Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SEC filings and ensure compliance with federal and state
securities laws
Lead corporate governance matters and assist in corporate
transactions, including M&A
Develop and implement company processes and participate in
cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
J.D. from a nationally-accredited law school and a state bar
license
10+ years of experience as a corporate attorney, with both law firm
and in-house experience
Experience in securities matters and public company corporate
governance
Employment law experience is a plus but not required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work culture
