Vitu currently has offices in California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.Position OverviewInterstate shipping and receiving is the first and last line of defense for the Vitu-Interstate product. A role on this team consists of in-taking mail, document scanning, filing and processing vehicle registration shipments. The tasks include, but are not limited to the following:Responsibilities● In-take, organize and distribute all incoming mail (Interstate)● Scan paperwork/ documents● Filie in-house documents● Verify document information● Process shipments to registration services and end customers nationwide● Monitoring of shipping supply levelsQualifications● A high school diploma or equivalent● Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment● Ability to work well with others, in a team environment● Basic computer skills are required○ Knowledge on how to use Google Sheets/ Google Docs is a plusExperience● Attention to detail – this position requires accuracy when verifying document information to ensure everything matches up● Dependability – the volume of work is continuous and can be high at times.
