Job Description We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE / BILINGUAL REP to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and taking orders. Inbound Calls Only
Responsibilities: Qualifications: Must be bilingual Spanish / English

• Answer Inbound Calls
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Create UPS Shipping Labels
• Some filing
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate data entry Company Description We are medical equipment supplier. Answer inbound calls, take orders and create shipping labels for equipment. Accurate typing skills a must! Bilingual in Spanish. $17.00 a hour to start. Overtime may be available after training. Serious long term mature employees required. Shifts are 9am - 5pm , 10am - 6pm and 1pm - 9pm by Jobble
