Admissions / Move-In Coordinator needed for our beautiful Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter location TOP WAGES and DAILY PAY OPTION AVAILABLE The Admissions / Move-In Coordinator assists in census development and support the organizations admission process. The Admissions / Move-In Coordinator reports to and works in concert with the Center Director of Marketing and Admissions. The Admissions / Move-In Coordinator will ensure that regulatory compliance is met by ensuring that activities are completed in accordance with the standard operating procedures as outlined by the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES of the Admissions / Move-In Coordinator include, but are not limited to:Reconcile Center Census dailyMaintain electronic bed board/room assignments and collaborate daily with Environmental team to ensure patient room readiness (acute DCs, bedholds, planned DCs, room moves, etc.)Send Opening Census Report by 9:30AM to designated teamsCommunicate all acute readmissions to Business Development team for follow-up, reach out to patient/family to ensure re-admit to the CenterMaintain and manage all department data logs and reports- tours, referrals, trend reports. QUALIFICATIONS for the position of Admissions / Move-In Coordinator:2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in healthcare environmentLong term care experience requiredKnowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billingKnowledge of medical terminology Luxe Senior Living at Jupiter is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
