American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification, NRP Certified within 90 days from initial hire date.Position SummaryThe Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner will perform all respiratory care techniques in both critical and non-critical care areas. They will assist and advise staff Certified Respiratory Practitioners. Duties will include but are not limited to the following: aerosol therapy, oxygen therapy, CPT, incentive spirometry, mechanical ventilation, arterial blood gases, pulmonary function testing, pulse oximetry, assist with fiberoptic bronchoscopy and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
