Business Operations and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Become the market health expert by understanding week-to-week
market performance trends
Build and maintain operational dashboards that provide actionable
insights on supply and demand dynamics
Design operational tests and analyze results to provide tactical
recommendations for market-specific improvements
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or
strategy roles focused on data-driven decision-making
Strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities
Experience designing experiments and tests with clear measurement
methodologies
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field
preferred
Track record of translating data insights into tactical operational
recommendations
