Job Description Job Description Work Type: Full time, onsite, direct hire Compensation: $90k-$100k/year Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance options, 401k match options, PTO/Sick time Responsibilities Consolidate and analyze sales, inventory, and operational data from Shopify, and the ERP (SAP) to create accurate forecasts and demand plans. Manage inventory levels to support new product launches, replenishment, and global big box retail marketplace expansion. Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Order Management to align on demand signals and inventory needs. Perform data manipulation, reporting, and process improvements using Excel, Smartsheets, and ERP tools. Support development of forecasting models and tools that enhance planning accuracy. Participate in new product planning cycles to ensure forecasts reflect upcoming launches. Monitor trends, risks, and opportunities across e?commerce platforms and internal systems. Qualifications Required: Experience in supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management within consumer products. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred). Familiarity with EDI, e-commerce workflows, DTC, and/or big box retail environments. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Experience supporting direct to consumer, Amazon, or big box retail operations. Experience with Smartsheets, forecasting tools, and analytics platforms. Local to Port Saint Lucie, within a 30-45 minute commute. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent supply chain experience is acceptable.
